I’m Inoo Kei and I’m going to tell you about my story, the story that will make me proud that I know him even though he’s still far away from me.
I’m here at the music room sitting in front of a white grand piano, staring at the keys which I think is calling me to press them and to play with them. I put my right hand at the keys, playing random notes that will come up in my head, suddenly my left hand will joined the right and it will play a music that will serenade one’s entity. I love playing it’s my passion, it’s my life, and it calms my soul and it conquers my being. But suddenly a pain made me stop, it’s not the pain in my injured hand but it’s the pain that is always lingering in my heart. I close the grand piano making sure that it’s safe and then I leave the music room. I walk aimlessly in the corridor of my university thinking what can happen next.
“Kei-chan!!” someone shouted at my back.
“Dai-chan! How many times did I tell you to stop shouting? We’re not kids anymore!” I scolded the penguin looking boy.
“Kei-chan meanie~” my best friend said. Arioka Daiki is my best friend since we are young. I’m a year older than him but it does not bother us.
“Stop pouting penguin” I poked his chubby cheeks.
“I’m not a penguin” He whined.
“Hai~Hai~ so what’s up?” I asked him.
“Ohh!!! Yamashita-san said we will be transferred at Tokyo University” the penguin looked at me excitedly.
“Yamashita-san? The school ‘s dean?” I asked him quite amaze.
“Yup, let’s go! he’s demanding us to go to his office” The penguin pulled me to go to the dean’s office.
As the penguin said earlier we will be transferred in Tokyo University as one of the students who received a special scholar. I don’t know if I’ll be happy about this but I think I’ll just go with the flow. The school will handle everything we needed, we will receive our monthly allowance and they will provide us our respective dorm room.
“Isn’t this great Kei-chan? We will be transferred in that prestigious university? A University that everyone dreamt of and we won’t spend anything for that?” The penguin is jumping up and down in front of me.
“Dai-chan don’t act like a kid, I’m getting dizzy with you!” I prevented him from jumping but in the end I just laughed. He’s too cute and I can’t deny that I’m also happy like he is.

“Kei-chan, we’re happy in this achievement of yours” My mother said to me while we’re eating our dinner.
“Thanks, Mom and Dad” I looked at my mother and then to my step father. My mother remarried when I was 10 years old. He married some rich bachelor but they still decided for us to live in the country side knowing that it’s good for my health. My step-father is still young. He’s younger than my mother for 12 years. I can see that they love each other, that’s the reason why I just let them be. After my entire mother’s happiness is also my happiness.
“Kei, are you going to be alright there?” My step-father asked me, he’s worried.
“Of course Dad, I’m not a child anymore, besides Dai-chan is with me” I answered him.
“More reason to get worried” My mother laughed.
“Don’t worry, I’ll take care of myself and that penguin” I smiled.

“KEIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII-CHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNN~” My peaceful sleep is being bothered by this noisy little chubby cheeks penguin.
“Urusai na Dai-chan, what are you doing here in my bedroom and disturbing my sleep” I sleepily said to him.
“Mou~ Sorry for disturbing your beauty sleep, sleeping beauty but your ‘Prince Charming’ said you should wake up now because we’re going to a long journey in a beautiful place called Tokyo” He said while lying beside me.
“Dai-chan, really? Are you in Disney fairy tales now? You’re such a kid” I poked his cheeks playfully.
“Kei-chan” he pouted, I can’t resist but pinched his cheeks hard. “ITTAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII~ Kei-chan!! WAKE UP NOWWWWW” he tackled me and I just ended up laughing. I’m really happy that this childish penguin is my best friend, he makes my lonely life happy.
“Hai, Hai, I’m going to take a bath now. By the way Dai-chan, why are you here so early?” Kei noticed that it’s still too early for Daiki to be there.
“I can’t wait to go to Tokyo, It’s my first time. Look at my eyes I didn’t even sleep because of my excitement” He pouted more.
“Souka~ now you look like a cross breed of penguin and panda” I hurriedly went to the bathroom after I said that.
“Kei-chan!!! I hate you!!!” He shouted back at me.

“Kei-chan take care of yourself okay? Also take care of this penguin” Mom said to me while she’s sending us in the car.
“Why does everybody treat me like an animal?” Daiki tugged my sleeves.
“Because you are one” I patted his head, he just pouted. I looked at my Mom “Yes Mother I promised, I’m just going to call you if I needed anything, I love you Mom” I kissed her.
“Send them safely honey” Mom said to my Step-father. He’s the one who’s going to send us in Tokyo, he got some business to do.
“Okay, Bye” They kissed each other, I just covered Daiki’s eyes, things like this are not good with this innocent penguin.

Once we arrived at the school the head master gave us our schedule, he directly told us to go to our room, in which Daiki and I will be sharing. He said we should rest first. He already assigned someone to tour us tomorrow in our new school.
“Uwahh!! Lookie Kei-chan!! Our room is so big, it’s even bigger than your room” Daiki is now jumping in the bed he chose.
“Yes it is, but we should rest now, we got a very busy day tomorrow” I went on my cabinet to fix my things.
“But Kei-chan, I’m hungry” he looked at me with those beautiful eyes.
“Okay, let’s go out and find something to eat” I smiled at him
We went in the near shopping mall to find some fast food chains. Daiki said he wants to eat at McDo. There are lots of students who are eating and we decided to take a seat in the far end corner.
“Hi, would you mind to share your table?” Two tall boys approached us.
I looked at them and to my surroundings, I noticed that the fast food chain is already full and the only vacant place is the table Daiki and I are occupying.
“Is it alright Dai-chan?” I asked my best friend who’s in front of me busy playing with his float and fries.
“It’s alright” he said munching the fries that he dipped in his float. The two boys sit at our side.
“I’m Yabu Kota by the way” The one beside me introduced his self and he smiled forming a thin line in his eyes.
“and I’m Takaki Yuya” the one beside Daiki said, he tried to make an eye contact with Daiki, but he failed. Did I notice him blush?
“I’m Inoo Kei and this penguin is Arioka Daiki” I said shaking the hands of Kota which he offered earlier.
“This is our first time seeing you in this place, are you guys new here?” Kota asked.
“Yes, actually we just arrived today” I smiled at him “and Daiki, Takaki-san is offering his hand, why don’t you shake it” I said to Daiki noticing that up until now Takaki is waiting for the hand shake of my best friend. Daiki just looked at Takaki then to his hands, then to Takaki’s face again. He tilted his head then looked at me. I whacked his head knowing that he’s not listening to what I said earlier.
“Eh? Ahh, Gomen, Nice to meet you Yuuyan, Arioka Daiki desu~” Daiki smiled widely and shaked Takaki’s hand.
“Don’t mind him, he tends to give people nicknames” I said to Takaki and Yabu who looked amazingly at him.
We talked about lot of things, we learned that unexpectedly they are the one assigned that will tour us tomorrow. We’re glad that we already meet new friends. I noticed that Takaki kept on looking at my best friend I think he got fetishes regarding cute things. When it’s time to go home, they escorted us to our dorm room.
“So, see you tomorrow?” Yabu asked.
“Okay” I said while guiding Takaki who got a sleeping penguin in his arms. Daiki fell asleep while we’re on our ride all the way to our dorm.
“Just put him there” I said to Takaki. “Thank You for taking us back here”
“No problem” Takaki replied to me. Then he kissed Daiki’s forehead. “He’s such an angel” Takaki looked at Daiki.
“Yes, he is” I replied to Takaki, amazed with what he did. “We’ll be going now” Kota smiled. I went with them up to the door. Yabu the kissed my cheeks “Good Night, Sleep well” Yabu and Takaki went away and I closed the door.
“It’s a busy day indeed” I then went on my bed and fall in deep slumber.
A/N: Again forgive my grammatical error. Fluff for now~ It's gonna be angst in later chapters~ Comments are loved~ ^U^ ~
